SEND PHOTOS BY EMAIL
TO PLACE AN AD IN 'PRIVATE SALES' : You simply need to email us at admin@farmclearingsales.com.au a description of your item and your Contact Details that you would like interested buyers to contact you on. Phone numbers, email address or both. Include the Price (gst incl) that you are asking (use o.n.o. if you like). Also Postal address for us to send you a tax invoice.
At the same time email us 1 or 2 photos of your item. Suggest the photo resolution be 800 X 600 approx. Up to 6 photos can be used but extra cost applies. $16.50 for each additional photo.
For a standard ad with 1 or 2 photos, the cost is $33. Send payment by direct deposit (a/c Farm Clearing Sales, BSB 065503, a/c 10173034 - include surname as 'transaction details') or by cheque (payable to Farm Clearing Sales pty ltd & posted to Farm Clearing Sales, PO Box 183, Port Broughton SA 5522).
Your advert will be displayed continously on the Private Sales section of the FCS website until sold (maximum of 12 months). We just ask that you inform us when the item has been sold. Once the funds are received, we will run your advert.
TO SEND PHOTOS BY EMAIL: In the program where you view your photos, on the top menu bar left click ‘view’ then ‘thumbnails’
when several small pictures are displayed, select (highlight) photos to be sent by left clicking the mouse on them,
If you wish to send more than 1 photo, hold the ‘Ctrl’ button on your keyboard and left click the others to be sent also
right click on a selected image, left click ‘send mail’ or ‘send to’ then ‘mail recipient’ or similar.
If asked to resize, left click on the words Show more options… then choose medium (800x600), then ‘OK’
Your photos will be attached to an email form ready to be sent.
In the ‘To:’ box type in admin@farmclearingsales.com.au In the body part of the email message (above or below the wording “The message is ready to be sent”) left click and type your message.
When completed left click on the ‘Send’ button

You may be limited in how many photos you can send at once If so, send in multiple emails.
